MelIsT899 Posted October 13, 2021 Share Posted October 13, 2021 Was i [24F] the lame he was referring to [24M] I met this guy at my local mall last Tuesday.he asked for my number and social media etc… only for me to find out He lives 54 minutes away from me. While texting he wanted me to come see him. He lives on campus. He wanted to spend a day together after practice. I said okay. And i said i would because i have the weekend off. I went to North Carolina to meet up with him. The date went okay in my opinion. We talked a little hugged then cuddled. Nothing crazy happened. After our date we sat and talked and then he asked me “was i going to be alright driving back alone” and i said “yeah because i drove an hour to get here alone.” He then asked me “was i going to text him when i got home and was i coming back etc “ so i said “yes” and he texted me when i went home and asked was i alright etc I’ve been back home for two days now and his texts have somewhat slowed down. But he still responds. I texted him and told him i wanted to see him again and all he said was “okay” no type of enthusiasm from him. Today i saw that he posted a status on facebook and it said “it’s only one girl that i want the rest of you are lames” And i instantly got offended because i feel like I’m the lame he’s referring to lol i might be overthinking but i do want a real chance since i enjoyed myself on the date Link to post Share on other sites

He picks up women in malls? He asks them to drive an hour each way to see him? He posts vague nasty stuff on social media about girls? You have done what you could to show your interest. It seems like his interest is Luke warm at best. I wouldn’t chase - I would let it go.BTW, an hour is not really a long distance relationship.
