Good for you.

If they don't respond, keep calling.  Do you have a copy of the court documents to show them?

No unfortunately I don’t.

OK, so contact the court or the lawyer and get a copy of the court order.

I’ve contacted CPS that I actually need to be living away from parents in order to get back daughter. No answer yet

Did you not get a court order the clearly outlines the requirements to regain custody of your daughter? Any requirements/restrictions should be stated in that court order.

That’s not true at all.

Don’t know what to do my family don’t care and endless arguing that goes no where with my husband.

You're spending far too much time and effort complaining about your family.  Focus on what's important: getting your child back.

Now, go and figure out how to get a copy of the judge's decision.

Well they did completely screw me over when I needed help.

Is complaining about your family really more important to you than working out how to get your child back?

Sure. Very sad.

But is complaining about it gonna help you get your child back?! It's not.

So put on your big girl pants, get the court document from the court or lawyer or whomever and work on getting your child back.

This has nothing to do with your not doing YOUR JOB and getting the court documents.  It's your job to get your child back why aren't you doing it?  I feel so sorry for your child.

So do I just let him get away with all the lies?

Yes, you leave it in the past.  I mean, it's not like you can do anything about it.  And stewing on it is just taking your focus away from getting your child back.

I’m certain he has a personality disorder because of all the large lies.

I'm not going to enable you in focusing on your father, so I'm not going down that path with you.

Do you want your child back or not?   What have you done about getting copies of the court decree on how you can do that?

I want my child back more than anything.

So this is where your focus must be.   You can't change the past, but you can make the future work for you.

Contact the family court tomorrow and find out how to get a copy of the judge's order.

He’d be verbally abusing me if I had done the same. Guaranteed

And again, I'm not enabling you to focus on the past.

It’s just endless amounts of arguing that goes no where. What to do?

Posted

What to do?

You quit the endless, pointless arguing.

You quit the tit-for-tat accusations and grievances.

You quit relying on your parents for things you ought to take care of yourself.

You quit whinging and whining about all that's 'unfair' in your life.

You get pro-active:

You get a job.

You get your life on the rails.

You ask for help from available resources.

When you've done that, and you have a functioning, stable and secure home, you can try to get your child back.

And, if you fail somewhere along the way; you get up, you dust yourself off and you try & try again.

But I don't hold out much hope, if I'm honest. You've been here for years bemoaning your fate, while doing nothing of note to make any positive changes. All you do is blame others, specifically your family. But you are an adult, and therefore responsible for your own life.

And this isn't some dress rehearsal, or a practice run. You don't get to have a do-over.

You have one life, it's up to YOU to make the best of it.
