What does he really wsnt?

Recommended Posts

ok so here it is. Me and my husband, who were together about 13 years, seperated over 2 years ago, also not divorced yet. Lots has happened since then. But recently I messaged him for some help with something after not talking for a very long time. Well we ended up talking about why things ended and all that. Then he went into wanting naked photos of me. Hes always tried to get them. If he is done why bring up the past or ask for naked pics from me? Please an insight would be appreciated. really what in the world could his intentions be?

If he's not asking to get back together; but is asking for naked photos of you, I can only assume it's because he's in a down period and hasn't met a girl yet.  He wants pictures to masturbate to.

Just say no. As you know those pics can go viral in a nanosecond or sold on pornhub or used as revenge.

Get legally divorced. He doesn't want to reconcile so you are wasting your time.

Can you afford an attorney? What's the hold up?

Why live in limbo like this? As long as you stay estranged but not divorced, you hamper your chances of moving forward and finding happiness again.

No I can not afford the divorce. Thats why I haven't done it yet. His excuse to why he hasn't done it is he forgot all about it. Idk how you can forget you're married.. but ok then.

They aren't that expensive unless you jointly own a lot of property and valuables.  File and ask him to pay half.  How can you ask your ex why he hasn't filed when you yourself hasn't filed either.  He probably doesn't have the money to either.

I didnt and still don't want the divorce. It was his idea, so I feel like it should be him who initiates it. And he has already said he was gonna contest because he doesn't feel like he owes for anything for things we had when we were together. So with that it would be about 1200 bucks. And yea that is a lot of money when you don't have any. He also said he would not pay for any of it because he's not paying for a lawyer.. he makes twice as much as I do.. he has the money.

Well sooner or later one of you is going to meet a person you want to be with who will demand divorce papers.  Then I suppose which ever one of you it is will come up with the money.

Excellent. When you consult your attorney, a good attorney will make the higher earning spouse pay for all legal fees including your attorney.

He may also have to pay alimony and  pay out assets such as retirement accounts and proceeds from joint assets.. Call an attorney with your specifics..

If you are the plaintiff (file first for divorce) and he's the defendant and too stupid or cheap to get an attorney, that's great. He'll go through the wringer.
