Losing all my best friends in the same time

Recommended Posts

Hi

i lost all my friends recently and i have no one to talk to. Its hard for me because i just remember every moment with them because i have known them for years.

I just want this to get off my chest . So what happened is that they started to really don’t think about me or call me or text me and they created a secret group without adding me on it and they started to hangout near my home  together without even telling me and they know that im in home am and that’s sooo rude sooo I decided to just let go, i left the group and didn’t talk to anyone since then. Im afraid of making new friends because its hard for me to trust anyone.

How do you know they started a secret group without you? Did one of them tell you?

It does sound hurtful especially if you still want to be their friend. Do you know what led to this?

Do you live at home with your parents? Do you go to school or work?

Talk to a doctor about these feelings and ask for a referral to a therapist to help you feel more confident about making friends.

Don't be  afraid to make new friends ever.  I have several groups of friends for times just like what you're going through.  You will probably find more compatibility and fun with a new set of friends.  Never make anyone a priority who only sees you as an option.

I’d let them be. Do your own thing. Have you heard of the saying “birds of a feather flock together”? Whatever they are they’re not your crowd. Be with others who accept you for you and respect you for your attributes and what you bring. While it may not make sense at first, this may be a stepping stone to making new friendships that compliment you much better and inspire you to grow.

Do not even worry for a second what they are doing. I hope college classes are going well for you. Also, look into associations and clubs to be involved in. College or university is excellent for this. Everything at your fingertips and student discounts on lots of activities. Meet others who are into the same things you are.

You did the right thing by letting them go. So sorry about this; seems like you and them are not perfect match.

Good friends will come your way eventually, just don't make a big confrontation with these people, block them everywhere on social media, and if you cross path with them in real life, unless they say hello, you don't even intiate, and just keep on going.

That sounds very hurtful. Sorry you are going through this. You're still young and you'll find another group of friends, though I completely understand that it would be hard to trust the next group.

Sorry people are behaving like this. Some people are immature or just plain obnoxious. I've had many friends over the years and several turned out to be fake friendships. It just happens, nothing personal. But new people come along so stay positive and keep your own integrity ( ie. don't ever support a bully club like this one ) and you'll be fine. Keep yourself busy with something social at college maybe? Whilst you regroup and recover.

I am very sorry they did that to you. Use your energy to make new friends, friends that will be more appreciative and caring about you - I know it's not easy and it takes time but keep trying.  It does not seem these friends were true to you - I know it's disappointing and hurtful but you are better off without them.
