ohiophatboy
OK, my relationship is failing and it is my fault. After doing some serious research and soul searching I have found that I have 2 huge faults. First is that I am a narcissist and second I am emotionaly unavailible(part of narcisism) Where do I get help so that my family doesn't suffer the wrath of my problems. I don't want my kids to be like me and I have crushed my wife emotionally. I hate myself for that. I don't like what I have become and I want to change for me. Even if my wife and I split up I will never have a caring relationship where I worship my mate. Some one please tell me where to get help. Thanks for caring enough to read this
whichwayisup
http://www.loveshack.org/forums/showthread.php?t=69647 Check out this ongoing thread. I think maybe if you can see some of those things that are being discussed in yourself then you could be a N. I think it's great that you've opened up here and asking for help. The next stage is to get help professionally. Talk to your DR and get a referral, or see a Cognitive Behaviour Therapist. Do a google search about that, it will shed some light on that type of therapy. It's good that you've acknowledged what you did to your family. I hope you get the help you want, saying it is one thing but actually doing something about it is another...I hope for your sake you follow through and talk to a Therapist. Good luck and keep posting.

PYT
Some one please tell me where to get help. Thanks for caring enough to read this I think which's advice is spot on. I also use cbt and the exercises like the tea form can really help you put things back into perspective and help you change for the better of you and all those around you. Good luck!
