How long were you together? How old is the child? Did he move out? Do you co-own or co-lease? If it's your place immediately change the locks. Is he living with his GF? Immediately petition the courts on behalf of the child for child support. Make sure he stays out of your life and that you are not allowing a revolving door situation, in case the test drive with the new GF doesn't work out. Quote
