If you don’t think you need counseling I would advise going and just talking to a complete stranger about anything. Work, school, how your dog plays fetch… anything. All I’m saying is if you don’t go you don’t know, I had never been before and thought it was a bunch of hogwash, come to find out I have some hidden concerns. Look, go once and if you don’t feel better afterwards don’t go again. You will be a happier person with better relationships.
