QuickKissKelly
I have been working out at the gym regularly for about 4 years. I usually do a spin (cycle) class twice a week. It's a 45 minute class and I've found it to be the most effective workout ever. I really enjoy going and come out dripping in sweat. However I am concerned that it will make my thighs bulk up. I have already noticed that my legs are much more toned now, and have great muscle definition. The problem is, although there are no wobbly bits, my thighs look and feel bigger - I think the muscle has grown. I am quite a small person and my thighs are starting to look out of proportion to the rest of my body. I don't even fit into my mini skirts anymore, although I have less body fat than when I first bought them. I really think that spin class is a great cardio workout, but does the constant resistance on the legs change their shape? I don't know if I'm just being paranoid, or if I should start doing more running and less cycling. Any replies would be much appreciated!

guest123487698
...and here I was trying to figure out what the heck doing the laundry had to do with your legs! Yes, you are getting muscles! Working out will change your shape. Consult your gym staff to help you develop a workout program that will make your body look the way you want it to Good luck
