I have been married to my husband for 4 months, but we have been in a seriouse relationship for 4 years. Before we got married we had so much fun together, never fought, always laughing and going out, Now It is so much different. We do not laugh like we used to and we have been fighting about everything, even about what to do for dinner! I love him with all of my heart, and It hurts me to think of divorce but I am always upset and shedding tears. When I try to talk to him about it he blows me off and usually makes a gesture with his hands like telling me to leave and that he doesnt feel like talking, he always says "we'll talk tomorrow" and it never happens. He acts incappable of talking about it. I feel like I am pulling teeth everyday because he absolutley will not communicate with me. I dont know why this happend and since he wont talk about it, it makes it harder for me to understand. I have done everything I can to be a great wife, but i am at the end of my ropes. I have been thinking of leaving him because i deserve to be appriciated and respected. On one hand the thought kills me on the other I think of what else might be out there. Am i being rediculouse about this??

I think it is to early to think of divorce. You are now finding out the true nature of each other. You need to work through this to have a stronger marriage. You need to sit him down and let him know you are unhappy. He is not fulfilling his commitment to the marriage. If you can't work it out with him maybe a third party or a counselor can provide intercession.

When I try to talk to him about it he blows me off and usually makes a gesture with his hands like telling me to leave and that he doesn't feel like talking, he always says "we'll talk tomorrow" and it never happens. He acts incapable of talking about it.

Don't let him blow it off. Find a time that the two of you can sit down and have a serious talk. He just doesn't want to deal with it or he doesn't see it as the problem that you do. Make sure he understands that you are serious and not just ranting. If he values your marriage he will find the time to talk.
