You can't really read her mind, so you don't actually KNOW.

You can look for indications. For example, if she tells YOU she's waiting, but then she goes out and seeks relationships with other men, she is just trying to be "gentle" in telling you that she is not interested.

A question to ask of yourself: Are you not willing to take "No" for an answer? Some men have trouble with this. But how can one be content if one is chasing something one can't have?
