But I wanted to talk about something that I'm not even sure is needed to diiscuss. I like to do meditation. I do alot of yoga and likes listening to calm beach waves online. I know energy is contagious. But I notice everytime I do it, my stuff that i like to do, a woman I know from like 7 years ago, her energy comes to me and its really strong. And it's hard to pay attention to what I'm doing, what I'm all about. And this person wasn't fond of me in the past. Anyway I guess I'm saying lm not sure if it's because energy is contagious, if that's why this person is strongly thinking of me when I have high vibrations or if there trying to distract me.
