He is very muscular and can get any woman lol

Not really because a lot of women aren't into "very" muscular men.  Some like the athletic build and some want "dad bods".  You should tell him this the next time he starts bragging.

What time does this guy get off work?    Why 10PM?  If he doesn't call you, don't call him either.  Just forget about it.

I’m not sure, I guess he’s at the gym before 10? Doesn’t matter I decided to delete him if he doesn’t call or text me tonight like he said he would.

He said 10pm? I misinterpreted and thought it said 10am. Why do you accept being called that late? I think he has found an easy target in you.

Well if he's on a dating site that probably means he's talking to other women. So you have to stand out from the crowd no? Message him if you're into him. I don't believe in waiting if you feel like talking at a certain time. And if he's a cool guy he won't mind that you didn't wait for him to contact you right at 10pm.

Because that’s the time i’m also able to talk. I do a lot of things and occupied during the day.

True. But I really don’t want to be seen as desperate. I feel if I message him he’ll think i’m clingy, maybe it’s best to leave it as it is.

Clingy? Isn't it a nice thing if someone wants to reach out and talk to you? Strange world.

Yes, like post here...during the day....

If he wanted to communicate with you, he can be emotionally mature enough to carve out time during the day or early evening.

I suspect that, given his captivating and enchanting charms that he so generously bestowed upon you, you will disregard all other matters.

Absolutely. Not only because it does seem desperate, but it's a great way to evaluate things regarding interest level and reliability. Step back and see what happens.

At this point it’s mere minutes to the 9pm call.

Just let this be for now. Have something to eat or pour a glass of wine.

The back to back calls might seem long though. Leave time for a bathroom break inbetween.

Not a man of his word.

Yes, which is why I deleted him and unmatched him. I actually ended up having a really good conversation with another man so it worked out at the end and we are meeting for the first time this weekend.

Turns out he was “testing” to see if i were to text him first. Kinda stupid imo, I shown interest already asking to call him.

He's too much and exhausting already. You dodged a bullet.

Never a great idea to get too invested in one specific communication prior to meeting (and especially not prior to even talking to them much).

The good looking and charismatic people on these sites don't have any trouble at all in getting attention. Just think of it this way. If you were really interested in talking to this guy chances are many other women were as well. He likely had his pick of who he wanted to talk to.

So if you are wanting to talk to them go ahead and do so. But don't get all excited just because they are hot. Wait to get excited about the hot person when that hot person shows a clear interest in going on dates with you.

His statement about women lining up to have sex with him very well may have been B.S. But women likely are lining up to talk to him.

And just FYI. When I give specific times that I am going to contact people it's because I am often trying to separate the different communications I currently have. I can only talk on the phone to one woman at a time so I give specific times that I will call.

Good call.
However is this other guy the one living 4 hrs away?

He told you this?

The same man who said all these women want to have sex with him?

Ugh. I would not continue speaking to him. He sounds like a total tool.

That's immature of him.

Why play games with someone like that.

You dodged a bullet and deserve better.

It's a blessing that he didn't call. Try to slow down a little. You were so anxious with this guy that you were willing to potentially overlook questionable warning signs.

Don't get into the habit of making yourself available late at night for a first time phone call.

Good luck with the next guy 👍.

How did it "turn out" this way? It's disappointing but you dodged a bullet.

Try to review your screening and matching criteria. OLD is all about preventing burnout. So when you see red flags such as "a lot of women want to sleep with me", cut your losses early and move forward.
