Also as others have said, you are way too emotionally involved here… There are no healthy boundaries in the entirety of this story - her marriage, her extramarital affair, your relationship with this woman - nobody is establishing a healthy or appropriate boundary in any way.

How do you move forward from her - you don’t. You take a big step back…
