lawin Posted July 10, 2001 Share Posted July 10, 2001 Hi, i really don't know what to do??? my ex has a new girl. it is ok, i accepted, and deal with it.....my ex use to call me or write me 3 or 4 e-mails a day just by finding reason to talk,or mailing, i mean he thinks i have to know things, and he asks me where i have been , and with whom i hang on, so why he is interested, after he has a new girl, which he thinks he is in love with her. he is since 1 and 1/2 month with her. so, i just want to know , what is in his mind... and i really don't know how to act, and i told him we don't have to talk about our private topic. I mean it is very nice to know, that he still cares, if he does.... or still be wanted, but it doesn't change anything,.... Link to post Share on other sites

Right after the breakup, he was emaling because he felt guilty. Isn't that special to exchange email with you so he can feel better about splitting? He is now trying to keep you on a string, keep you in reserve so if something happens to his new relationship, he can be with you until he finds a new one. He is a first class jerk. Let him know you will delete all future Email from him. And then DO IT!!! How could you possibly benefit from a friendship with him? Subsequent girlfriends will not want him to interact in any significant way with one of his exes. When he gets married, you won't be invited to the wedding. And when he has kids, he won't name any after you. So what's the point in being his buddy??? Do you really enjoy pain??? Don't let him use you and abuse you this way.
