You cancelled her child's insurance. Can she get other coverage?? Even if she can and you cancelled it for separation where I live she will still have a lapse in coverage. You care about this child. What if she is to become ill in the meantime and cannot get coverage? Sure you can cancel it after the divorce but doing so beforehand brings you down to her level. Link to post Share on other sites
Author phrekmon Posted December 7, 2005 Author Share Posted December 7, 2005 I'm sorry I didnt say that my stepdaughters biological dad has to keep insurance on her (and does) the reason she was on mine was because it was no more money than just my wife and we would all get to go to the same clinic.
