Brittanyjean06
for the past year now, i have noticed alot of changes with my body, i twitch and get tremors.....and i shake easily.... my friend told me it was from doing too much drugs at one point..and i beleive all the serotonin could be out of my system...i have gone to many doctors, but than discoverd what made it worse was all in my head... im fine now, it happens but it doesnt interfer with things as much...it caused me to get nervous over things i dont usually get nervous over...but im used to it now..i am just curious do teenagers go through this? ......my ex had the same problem....ive seen the twitches...and ive seen him get shaky( when we were going out) i asked him and he said everyone goes through it?..... bunnzy
It sounds like you suffer from anxiety attacks. What drugs are you talking about illegal drugs or anti-depressants? If you take antidepressants and then stop quickly you will get sick. If you overdose on anything, even ibuprofen you will get sick. Hell - you can get sick from taking too many vitamins. It is NOT in your head. When do you get shaky? when you are hungry? When you are stressed? Not everyone goes through it, but some people, especially in this day and age, are more nervous than others. Take a day off to relax and recoperate. Read a book, paint, draw, take a bath, write or just take a long walk around the neighbourhood.

newbby
yes drugs definetly cause panic attacks etc. it can take a long time for the body, brain and nervous system to repair itself. fish oils might be beneficial along with the vitamins you are taking. speak to your doctor about how you can best repair yourself. Neptune
No expert here but probably even fairly heavy alcohol use and even heavy smoking may be a factor. Soom people don`t handle alcohol well and need to learn it doesn`t work for them. But there is no doubt that drugs like X, meth, coke, etc.... anti-depressants of many kinds (particularly with prolonged use) will have the effects you describe. It does take a long time for the body to get over the intensity of drug use.
