nitsuj Posted November 24, 2005 Share Posted November 24, 2005 I don't know if this is the right place to post but it seems to be pretty to be pretty popular meaning fast responses So anywho my problem is kinda complicated, you see about a month and a half ago (i think) I went up and tried to strike up a conversation with this girl who i have really liked for a while. She never knew i existed or anything, I just walked up and tried talking to her. yes it was really awkward and she seemed really intimidated but It had to be done. So anywho our skool (I'm 18 shes 17) had a dance and I asked her to dance cuz I had noticed she kept looking at me and moving closer wit her friend. So we grinded for 2 songs and that was that. So at the end of that week I saw her at her locker and asked if I could talk to her for a sec. We walked to her bus stop and on the way I appologized for when I "hit on her" and i asked if I could start over again. She said yes and I properly introduced myself and she did the same thing and so we talked for a while. From their on we talked a bit in the hall and like the next week i asked her for her msn. We talked on their and flirted for like a week. The thing is, I get so nervous talking to this girl in RL that I really dont talk with her alot in skool. NOW it gets kinda interesting. Whenever she sees me she gets excited and waves and says hi but I get so nervous that I make lil conversation. She has perposely bumped into me with her shoulder and *cough* ass *cough*, just today she did that playfull cover-the-eyes-guess-who thing. She also likes to playfully make fun of me and I do it back in return. So with all these signs I'm just wondering what I should do next? Ask her out or continue to talk to her (again I get very nervous whenever I see her, but its getting better). She also knows ALOT of people and I always see her with different people. but I never see her physically "touching" people or talking to people like she does with me. So ye if someone has any tips or any comments plz I'd like to hear em. P.S. Sorry for spelling but I'm too tired to SC:D Link to post Share on other sites

You should ask her out to the cinema or for food, try to get a bit of alone time with her, or if thats too much find out what xmas parties she is going to so you can see her there. Its better sometimes to regret something you have done than to regret never trying and never knowing! Be a bit more forward, you never know she may really feel for you too but equally as shy. Mary3 Posted November 25, 2005 Share Posted November 25, 2005 I might just be honest with her and tell her you are a little bit shy and if she truly cares about you, she will understand when you just don't quite have the right words to say. Being shy is not so bad because : She clearly likes you ! So you are one heads up already. I would spend more time with her and everything becomes more balanced and you feel more confident. Kinda like on tests lol So ya what I'm gonna do is just talk to her next week like really talk to her and then if everything goes good I'll ask her to see this movie she has been dying to see on Friday.
