She is a girl I really like her personality and respect her choices. The problem is she is a girl who is stuck on dating older men 4-10 years older because of bad relationships she has had with men her age. I'd really like to strike up a friendship with her that could later someday lead to something more when I "prove" myself to her. Also I want to be friends and not date her because I am leaving the country in 6 months and I may not be back for years. Neverless, I still have a strong feeling she is a person I should know, weather it is too be friends or more someday. Any advice on how I can get her to accept me as a friend at least?
