Tony T
1. in america, how old do you have to be to buy a plane ticket by yourself? Anybody can purchase a ticket using a valid credit card if you don't sound like a child over the phone. If you go to a travel agency and you appear very young, it's likely they'll want to talk to an adult regarding your transaction. And you can pay in cash right? Cash talks in America. But if a young person is carrying a lot of cash around, the travel agent is likely to notify police...like real fast. It just doesn't look cool and if a travel agent helps a minor run away, he/she can be charged with a crime. So they don't take chances. 2. Is there any other state besides hawaii that the people can get married younger than 18 without parental concent? You can get married in Georgia at 16 without parental consent. They don't much care what you do in Georgia. Jimmy Carter is from there. Isnt the age for Vegas 16? Nope, in Vegas or anywhere in Nevada you must be 18 or have parental consent in the form of a notarized document giving permission to marry. But you can do a lot of other crazy things in Vegas. The call girls don't much care how old you are if you have the cash...unless they happen to be undercover agents. 3. If you get married in a state such as hawaii is your marriage lisence valid in every other state? You betcha. As a matter of fact, if you get married on another planet, as long as it was performed according to the laws of that planet, it is recognized anywhere on planet earth. What a deal? If you get married in hawaii, you're married everywhere. Now, if you spell their state's name without beginning it with a capital "h", they'll put you in jail for 30 days. 4. Do you need wedding rights right away at the wedding or can you just buy them at a later date? Well, most Americans don't know what you mean by wedding rights but it sounds good. Would that be something like birth control or something like that? Even though I don't know what wedding rights you mean, you can bet if they exist you can buy them most anytime with the right amount of money. I can't say much about wedding rights, but if I would have run off and gotten married when I was under 18 without telling my parents first, I would have required a priest to give me the Last Rites...and those are free. Now, you wouldn't be thinking about doing something really stupid would you?
