There is no real reason why your first lovemaking session should result in illness, unless an infection of some sort ensues. Sometimes the man, as well as the lady, will develope nausea and a low-grade fever because of the anxiety surrounding this event but it has nothing directly to do with the lovemaking. 2. "i know there will be pain the first time but is that all?" The pain varies according to the person. But you have to look at it as a total experience between two people. Work together to make it the great thing that it is, let the guy be gentle, and there should be little pain or illness associated with it.
