Walk
Good call Butternut. They've classified us amongst serial rapists and murders. Problem is, they'll never fess up to their addictions or bad habits. This a bunch of people throwing stones while the throwin' is good. HAVE AT IT. GIVE ME ALL YOU GOT!! I'm gonna go smoke now!! Have fun storming the castle. p.s. Butternut: I NEVER let even 20% of a cigarette go unsmoked. Costs to much.
Art_Critic
they'll never fess up to their addictions or bad habits. Walk.. you are so wrong.. LS is full of my addiction stories.. Caffeine, Alcohol and Nictotine (dip ) I gave up Alcohol almost 19 years ago.. I gave up Caffeine over 1 year ago and I gave up nicotine over 3 years ago.. I dipped for my whole adult life..since I was 15 and I'm 42. I gave up nicotine after watching my step mother die of cancer from smoking.. I had already watched my father die from cancer caused by smoking..losing 2 parents to cancer CAUSED by smoking was enough for me.. I want to live past 60 Get off your high horse and debate with tactics that don't involve throwing stones.

Lil Honey
Walk: This is what I see of this thread/posts... Two sides. Those who are self-righteous because they do not smoke, and therefore are preserving the human body as a temple. (yeah, right!) And those who do smoke, and are hostile towards being called "wimps, pathetic, stupid, and idiots". No, never said that. You're asking why we smoke, but you don't care, and you won't listen anyway. How do you know that I don’t care and that I won’t listen? If I wasn’t interested in the reason behind smoking, I wouldn’t have asked. If I wasn’t going to listen, I wouldn’t have been here through . . . what is it? Nine pages now? You've decided you're right, we're wrong, and you'd be happy if we all just smoked in hell where we belong, right? Wrong again. I really don’t appreciate being told by someone else what I’m thinking. In fact, I care a lot about several people in my life that smoke. So, if I wanted you to go to Hell, it wouldn’t be for your smoking. Thanks for you understanding. (not) and for attempting to view the world through others eyes. (never) Wrong. See above. This is why I stopped talking to people When? Screw everyone else. if they don't believe in drinking then no one should drink. but go buy your supersized big macs and make me pay for your god damn health care for obesity . . . even get money from the government for losing weight . . . it's a disease. and covered under law, so it's socially accepted. Defended!! As I thought addictions were considered diseases and covered as well. Of course, I could be wrong, being such a hypocrite and all . . . But the last time I knew, everyone has to eat to survive, but no one has to smoke or drink to survive. So, with food, it’s an issue of expending more calories than one takes in and many illnesses affect a person’s weight, which is unavoidable. Drinking and smoking are avoidable. Drunk drivers . . . I don’t believe in drunk driving. If I have a drink, at a restaurant, I don’t drive. If others are having a drink at the restaurant, I won’t, because I’ll be sure to the one driving. There are no exceptions for me. A person makes a conscious decision to drink before they get behind the wheel, so they create their own problems. Frankly, I think habitual drinking is a habit that turns into an addiction as well. I have no scientific facts, that’s just my opinion. I CAN have those (opinions), ya know. As Fun2BMe pointed out Someone overeating - again as with alcohol - will effect their health not mine. Walk: But calling me an idiot, or pathetic, really only makes me want to blow my smoke straight in your face and watch as you hack and cough. Interesting statement. Butternut Enjoy a boring square life of posting on an online romance forum. Does this mean that smoking creates an exciting, well-rounded life? x smoker
since smoking will be a thing of the past/stoped by non smokers we must now concentrate fully on bad breath just like the smell of smoke this dirty odour should be stoped/we the x smokers feel that everyone should blow into a odour meter placed out side shopping centre,s bus stops ect and if they fail the meter test, then access should be denied why should we put up with this smell.
