Craig Posted December 23, 2005 Share Posted December 23, 2005 Well, if you are into taekwondo and at the national tournament level you should already know how to increase your stamina. But in case you missed those classes non or light contact sparring is great for increasing your stamina as long as you are participating and not holding back. You'll need a couple or more sparring partners because as your stamina increases you are going to wear them out. Frankly if your school can't provide you with an answer you are at the wrong school and are going to get your tail whipped at the tournament. There are a ton of bad or so-so schools out there with bad instructors and half the students nursing injuries sustained through bad techniques. Is your school a good one or a so-so one?
