Building forearm mass.

wrist curls pronated and supinated grips(palms down palms up)Doing any type of movement where you are lifting heavy like deadlifts or shrugs will increase forearm strenghth which will result in more mass.

Forearm mass is determined by genetics just like body size. People who were born skinny like me have to work 3x harder to attain muscles, however unlike medium or big size guys we get to keep our muscles when we get older compared to them they deflate and the results don't look as good as us once we stop working out.

 

I would concentrate on wrist curls and doing grip exercises. If you look at dock workers, you see they have huge forearms, it's because they are lifting but NOT all the way enough to work their biceps completely. Think of it like that.

 

Oh and eat more meat.

DT is good, so is Emerson Lake and Palmer, pretty much anything by Buddy Rich and, of course, Neil Peart.

I would say a hell of a lot better than good.These guys are like a more technical Rush.IMO better musician's but heavily influenced by Rush.

Apart from pro female body builders, I don't know any women that would want to beef up their fore arms. :)
