From friends to something more?

Hello,

 

I think I really like a guy friend of mine, and I don't fall for people easily. At this point we're good friends. I still think the guy should make the first move. Is there a way I can tell if there's the possibility that we can become more than friends before I decide whether I should do anything about it?
