However - even though i weigh 100 pounds - i have a belly and i hate it...i think i always had it as a child..i dont remember. its in my genes i guess..i wanted to know how i can get rid of it..i did join a gym and i use the tread cycle for 30 minutes..u then use the leg curl as well for 2 minutes...i do lift weights for 5 minutes...but im not sure how long i should do each exercise? Im also tryin to eat as much protein i can. what else should i do? Link to post Share on other sites

justagirliegirl Posted December 25, 2005 Share Posted December 25, 2005 Sounds like your weight is fine but you need to firm up. Weight training will help a lot. Try something like Body for life, kathy smith, or joyce vedral weight training dvds. Those things will show you how to work your entire body and long enough to make a difference.
