You need to see a therapist and he/she can diagnose you and prescribe medication if you need it. Low self esteem is not something that can be fixed with medication, only psychotherapy, self help, etc. Anxiety or Depression can be alleviated with medication and it seems you may or may not be suffering from one or both.
