In order of the reason: a) I don't understand the post. b) I have no good answer. c) I'm tired. d) I've answered a dozen similar posts in recent weeks. e) I have to leave on business. f) I'm conducting a fire drill at my home. g) I know others are more competent to answer a particular post. h) I have no obligation to do so. i) Any of a combination of the above. 2. "And what's your rule on this forum." I do not understand this question. I do not own or operate this forum and am on par with everyone else who comes here so I have no authority to make any rules...if that's what your asking.
