Craig
Brittanyjean06, if you have all those symptoms you need to talk to an MD. I doubt it could be the DT's and is probably something a lot less harmful. No one can make a diagnosis over the net and you should not accept one either. So when are you going to talk to your Doc? Author Brittanyjean06
i have went to many doctors!- i went to a neurologist they just suggest medicine anti depressents, one doctor thought i had social anxiety but i know for a fact thats not what i have, i know exactly how i am feeling-and i feel all those symtons there really isn't anything i can do, but let my body heal and hopefuly the damage cells will eventually heal themselves- just seeing if any one experienced the same problem
Craig
Except for the seizures and hallucinations the list of symptoms could be nearly anything including a transition into adult hood. Are you in the 18 to 24 age group? Just a note regarding symptoms, if you have them you definitely know that you have them it isn't usually a case that "well I can kind of feel it" you FEEL IT. Maybe you are just more aware (in the last year) of normal body functions? Do you actually have seizures and hallucinations? If so please describe them in detail. I'm not trying to be difficult here, I'm just trying to get an idea what your experience of these symptoms are.
Author Brittanyjean06
Nope no i dont feel those, i am 17, is this a normal thing to go through? It doesn't seem normal... everything on that list is what im feeling, except for those two that you brought up !
slubberdegullion
... please please please keep your body pollution-free of drugs. You are too young, too beautiful, too smart and have too much of a future to disappear into the clutching claws of drug abuse.
Author Brittanyjean06
I know!-i haven't done those drugs in a year- i just dont know if this is normal for " adult hood" thank you
Craig
If you have been to the doc and neurologist and they've given you a clean bill of health I wouldn't worry about those symptoms unless other people are openly concerned about your health. You're in a major transition phase in your life and the normal stresses of the transition can make us feel what you are feeling. I think you are normal and that things will get better for you. Remember you don't have any experience with the changes you are going through right now. No one ever does, but we all seem to make it. Try and get your thoughts off the symptoms you say you are experiencing and get out with friends, do things that you find valuable to you, plan your future, etc.
Author Brittanyjean06
Little things that don't usually stress me out, do..so i guess it is a normal thing teenagers go through? tremors? and twitches to? they appear when i get nervous or exicted. When i first started experiencing them, i freaked out....i wasn't used to this change at all but i am now kind of, just was curious? do only some teenagers go through it? Relaxation techniques can reduce or eliminate these symptoms.

The less attention that you pay to the trembling the better for you in the long run. Eventually you'll realize that the trembling has gone away and you didn't even notice it leave. Nicholas
It also depends what you're coming off of. Some drugs have a really long dependency cycle. One of the reasons, for example, quitting methamphetamines is so difficult is because it can take up to seven years for your brain to learn to live without it.
