I had a suspicion that my ex was cheating but I wasn’t sure , I was so overwhelmed by this suspicion that I tried to access his phone many times without luck . The reason why I was suspicious was because he started lying , coming home late and sometimes screaming at me over little argument . I did my research on google on how to hire a private investigator, and I did hire them to help me gain access to his phone for few weeks so as to be sure of what I was scared about . Unfortunately, my suspicion were right .
This man has been cheating on me after I gave birth to our first son . He has been telling his side chicks that I was unattractive after giving birth and some other things I don’t want to share here . I got all what I wanted from the private investigator and I used it to my advantage . I’m not proud of what I did but I’m happy about the result .

I don't approve of the methods. Essentially you were fighting fire with fire. Sneaky, behind-the-back bahaviour with other sneaky, behind-the-back behaviour.

There were better and more respectful ways to settle this, but at the core the trust is broken and your then partner is now an ex partner. That part I think we can all understand and a large majority of women would have made the same choice in breaking up.
