mopar crazy Posted January 2, 2006 Share Posted January 2, 2006 Personally, I think they should be separated. One for a BS and the other for the one cheating on their partner. When I firts started coming to LS shortly after my H's A I needed advice, support, and to read other ppl's stories on being a BS. To see a thread saying, for example, "I want to sleep w/ my H best friend" isn't really want a BS wants to read. I know the BS can easily not read those threads, but it's right there. The last thing a BS needs to see when they come to LS infedility forum is someone saying they want to screw someone else outside their R when they are going through the he!! they are going through. There's something magnetic at work there. It's more about the draw of commenting on REALLY STUPID behavior than it is about vindictiveness. It's like watching a trainwreck in slow motion. You want to shout out a warning, but no one's listening. While I think that while there IS a certain amount of bitterness on the part of the some BS's, it's not nearly to the level of that which is often accused in the OM/OW forum, more the rarity than the norm. Most folks just sincerely WANT to help. But there's no room for rational ideas when people are immersed in irrational behavior. Better to let the OM/OW come to their own conclusions. It's painful for the rest of us to observe, and most of us have tried and failed to intervene. But the good news is that MOST of the OM/OW finally do work it out on their own. Well, I'm not sure why I'd be "disappointed".... It just seemed an odd question since I've noticed that your primary interest seems to be in the OW forum. You're welcome. TBH I was wondering why you were posting this here but I seen where Jen Jen had posted on the Personal Rant forum about a new forum here. I would like a forum for the BS separated from the WS. I have always wanted to just vent about the exOW but always seemed to get negative comments about it from OW. BS realize it is both parties fault for the A but if it weren't for the OW/OM persuing (and there is such cases) then the WS would of probably never had the A. Make sense? I just would of liked to vent about the exOW w/o hearing bashing for the OW's here saying it wasn't her fault my H fell for her, had sex w/ her, she played the biggest part in his decision to have an A.
