What was going on inside my brother's head?

Recommended Posts

What do you think of my brother's actions? Why did he do any of these below? What do you think his personality is? His name is Vincent.

He is my older brother. I am 16-years old and he is 17-years old. He is the only brother I have.

This is what really happened about him nowadays:

He had a teen best friend and she was female. Her name is Sabrina.

They used to be inseparable best buddies from childhood to highschool. Then all of that ended when Vincent’s bully came to Sabrina's life. The bully's name is Samara.

Sabrina became friends with Samara and as a result, Sabrina turned on my brother and also became his 2nd bully. Sabrina became Samara's minion. They formed a bully gang which is only made up of two members which are Sabrina and Samara.

The two girls often tried to gang up on Vincent and torment him but he often fought them ferociously without suffering any mental effects from their bullying towards him.

Samara was always the leader in bullying my brother. She was also always the lead in her friendship with Sabrina.

Due to how ferociously Vincent fought against the 2 girls’ bullying such as him beating them up, etc., Samara fell in love with Vincent.

My brother took advantage of this so he did something that confused Sabrina in a way that she thought that he was trying to claim her back from Samara but Sabrina was surprised because Sabrina quickly realized that Vincent wanted Samara and not her so Samara became Vincent’s girlfriend and also had sex with her. Basically, Vincent stole Samara from Sabrina.

As a result, the bullying against him stopped and Samara often prioritized her time for Vincent much to Sabrina's annoyance, sadness, and frustration.

Now with all of these said, what was my brother thinking and doing? Why did he do all of those things? Also, what kind of people are Samara and Sabrina?

I am asking this because I am very worried for Vincent. Samara might be trying to make my brother lose his guard, get sensitive info about him, and also manipulate and use him. At this point, I don't know if Samara really loves my brother.

Please help! I am worried for him.

He'll probably end up losing the friendship of both of them, and it will be no big loss. He's about to learn one of life's harsh lessons, (or not, depending on how intelligent he is), which is that when someone shows you who they are you should pay attention. Samara has shown him who/what she is. He's only 17, he's allowed to make stupid mistakes with his love life, and it's nice that you care about him but you should probably mind your own business and let him mess this up so he can learn the lesson.

What do you mean by him losing the friendship of both of them? Also, what do you mean by Samara showing herself to him? What does that mean? How is that relevant?

They are teenagers....they do stupid things, things that don't make sense. IMO your brother is one smart kid tho. Not only did he get the bullying stopped...he's getting laid on top of that...it's a win win for him. As for Sabrina, she gets to learn some tough lessons about life. A) don't turn on your true friends B) bullying is bad and C) don't be a follower, be true to yourself. Karma is a %^&*, now she had ended up alone.

IMO your brother isn't in love with this girl...he just saw opportunity and took it. He isn't as naive as you think he is.

‘When someone shows you who they are, believe them the first time.’ – Maya Angelou. You can Google Maya Angelou, a very wise woman. It's relevant because Samara has shown Vincent that she's a jealous bully who doesn't value her friends, and that means that their relationship probably won't last long because once the thrill of hurting Sabrina wears off they'll turn on each other - because that's just what two a******s do when they're together. At the end of it he may find that Sabrina doesn't want his friendship, so he'll end up losing both his horrible girlfriend and also the girl who was once his best friend. You say he beat both girls up as a response to their bullying, and only the weakest of males beat up women, no matter what the situation.

Wait, are you saying that my brother is also a bad person? Are you saying that he's only dating and sexing Samara as a way to spite Sabrina?

No, your brother is the smart one.  The girls played their game and lost. It's doubtful he will stay with Samara very long.

I don't know but there was actually an incident where my brother tried to sacrifice his life for Samara. He almost got killed for it.

Samara seems like a tough combative girl which explains her overly aggressive personality. What I am saying is that she isn't just a bully emotionally, verbally, socially, and mentally. She's also a bully physically. She actually physically fights not just females but also males. I have seen it multiple times.

This belligerent mentality of hers is actually not doing anything good for her because it led to her insulting some random stranger in some city street. The stranger turned out to be an unreformed violent adult prison ex-convict with a history of drug dealing, theft, contract-killings, and homicidal crimes of passion.

Samara insulting the ex-convict led to a brawl between her and the ex-convict. At that time, my brother was with her so he backed-up Samara and proceeded to defend her by fighting off the ex-convict even though he knew full-well that the ex-convict was a violent career criminal with a very violent criminal record. My brother and Samara fiercely fought the ex-convict together.

Honestly, it isn't entirely Samara's fault because the ex-convict was a full-on rude a**h***. He was also racist to whites which led to him insulting Samara's white ethnicity, my brother's ethnicity, and also other whites. The ex-convict is black man who was once a member of an African American criminal gang that harassed and beat up whites for territorial matters. The gang are bitter rivals to a white street gang and some nazi prison gang.

The African American ex-convict was intimidating. Most normal people can't look him on the eye. As for his conflict with Samara, it's because Samara was one of the only people to actually have the guts to talk back against his rude insulting ways. Most normal people would just shut up in front of a rude foul-mouthed violent criminal.

My brother and Samara's fight against the ex-convict resulted in my brother getting two stab wounds on his thigh by the ex-convict and also the ex-convict pulling out a gun and shooting my brother's other thigh while the ex-convict was a bit beat-up by Vincent. Still, my brother continued to fight off the ex-convict and defend Samara. Luckily for my brother, there was an off-duty police officer at the scene who pulled out his gun and shot down the ex-convict which killed the ex-convict. The cop saved Vincent’s life.

Seriously, Samara needs to chill with her mouth.

Speaking of that, I am saying that Samara didn't just attack my brother emotionally, verbally, socially, and mentally during her days of bullying my brother. She also attacked him physically.

She's one crazy b****. My brother seems like he loves to play with fire.

@Durit67 I'm not going to venture an opinion, but let's say that all of your suspicions are correct: I'll think you'll find that there's nothing you can do about it anyway

Sometimes we just have to sit back and watch someone dear to us make a whole series of bad decisions.  It sucks, but if they don't listen to us, there's really nothing else we can do

Only he knows why he's choosing to be with someone like Samara. He's not necessarily a bad person, he's only 17 so he has a lot of maturing to do, but it definitely sounds like all three of them have some lessons to learn about how to treat other people. Samara sounds like she's got some serious problems and will lead your brother into bad situations. Sooner or later she'll likely end up being incarcerated. What do your parents think about Vincent being involved with her?

Does he have any plans about what he'd like to do with his life in the future?  It sounds like he's not going to be around for long if he keeps up with the track he's on now, unfortunately.

I don't understand Samara. She seems like a special type of female. To think that she actually brawled with an ex-convict shows what kind of bad things she might led Vincent towards.

As for Sabrina, I don't know why she's still sticking around.

Mom and dad don't know because Vincent keeps it all a secret to them.

Sabrina and Samara also make an effort of hiding it from mom and dad and do a pretty good job doing it. This is because Samara being my brother's former bully led to her using manipulation and social tactics to make herself seem innocent in the eyes of dad and mom while Sabrina being Vincent’s former best friend makes her a fully established trusted person in mom and dad's eyes. The two girls just continued from there.

Vincent at that time also made an effort keeping the bullying problem a secret from our parents because he didn't wanna get them involved in his conflict with Samara and Sabrina.

Her platonic friendship with Samara is not over. Samara is still good friends with her. It's just that Sabrina stopped bullying my brother because she knows that Samara will abandon and hate her. Sabrina now acts nice towards him.

Sabrina's now back to being nice to my brother because it seems like Samara's influence over her seems to be the only reason Sabrina hates Vincent but since Samara is now Vincent’s girlfriend, the spirit fueling Sabrina's hostility towards my brother died down. She's back to being Vincent’s "best friend".

This is quite the teenage soap opera.

Why aren't your parents involved in keeping Vincent out of gun and knife fights with ex convicts?  Shouldn't he be concentrating on his studies and maybe have a part time job at this point in his life?

Last question:  Why is all of this your business?  Do you have some friends, hobbies and activities of your own?  Or does your life revolve around what kind of nonsense Samoa and Suprema are up to on a daily basis?

The ex-convict part doesn't happen everyday. I am saying that it only happened to him once because of Samara's aggressive ways.

Also, I am just concerned for my brother. What is wrong with that? We have a good relationship with each other. I understand why you're surprised by the way I act for the simple fact that American siblings don't get along and remain hateful towards each other down to their graves but I am different from other American teens.

Is there even an American kid that's like that? 🤣🤣🤣 Most kids of my age don't really care about academics s***. They just listen to rap, watch football, wear mainstream "cool" clothes, and suck up to the highschool popular kids.

Public schools are lies. No one in my school learns a damn thing. Everyone fails their classes.

My brother is a diligent student though and is also smart. He also likes playing Chess.

One time during the days Samara and Sabrina were bullying him, he told me that he actually for some reason kind of like their bullying. I asked him why and he said that he liked the strategy and tactics involved in him thwarting Samara and Sabrina's aggressive ways against him. He liked that Samara and Sabrina played mind games on him while trying to torment him.

What's funny is that he actually made Samara and Sabrina cry multiple times despite the two being psycho females tormenting him.

Sometimes, I wonder if my brother is a psychopath. Most boys would just break in half under pressure from Samara and Sabrina's severe bullying.

Aside from being a smart diligent student and a skilled Chess player, my brother also plans to double major in college so he can become a computer engineer and a PhD Psychologist.
