I think the bigger issue is your lack of independence.  Let's say you do find the perfect woman and marry her: how will you contribute to finding your own home?   I realise that finding work is tough in your country...but how many jobs have you applied for and what type of roles were they?

First things first, you need a job before you can start dating.  At the very least, you need to be able to pay your own way
