3questions
I want to take steps to recover from my self-esteem issue (inner-child,acting-out,bad relationship, grades, dysfuncianal family etc..), but the problem is I still live in the same house I was built to be this way. Sometimes, not just saying this because of my fear and anixety, I think my sibiling could just as easily scare me back to the way I was so why begin in the first place? anyway. i want to vent. the world is filled with these types of problems.. when we mention "no one is perfect", does that mean I relate to just as anyone? nvm I shouldn't be feeling this. whichwayisup
You are allowed to feel the way you do. They're your feelings! Have you thought about seeing a therapist yet? I know I've suggested that to you on some other threads of yours. Could help you alot. Please just consider it.
