They probably have another FB account that has pictures of their life together and he has a this other FB account she knows nothing about that he uses to cheat on her with other women, pretending he is a single man.  It's very doubtful that you are his first or only affair.

Why are you worrying about what his comments mean when you know he's a liar and a cheater and you already have him blocked?
