lilmoma1973 Posted January 10, 2006 Share Posted January 10, 2006 I really didn't know where to post this but a couple of weeks ago a 2 yr old little girl was scalded to death in the bath tub by the baby sister.. It was a friend of my h's brother and it was pityful a couple of days before Christmas and his friend had to bury his little angel.. They said that the babysitter didn't call till three hrs later after the child had been dead and she put her in water that was hotter than 140 degrees they said when they got to the scene three hours later the water was at 140 degrees so she must have boiled the water before putting the child in it.. It goes to show you can't just leave your kids with anybody !! She was thrown on the floor after being scalded to death.. What a way for a child to die .. They say this lady was in 23 and was a friend of the wife's mother..They also said that it probably was premeditated .. I can't imagine what i would do to someone if they did my daughter this way!! I probably would kill them too.. I hope justice is done to this women and she knows the hurt that little innocent child felt.. Makes me sick to my stomach to see that womens picture on the news .. What a tragedy:( She said to the parents she just wanted to shut the little girl up ,she didn't mean it .. She knew what she was doing the fact that the water was so hot!! It was as hot as it is suppose to be three hrs later and that means it was really really hot when that child's skin touched it.. My heart goes out to the family and can't imagine what they are going through.. I tell you what if it was my daughter she wouldn't have to go to jail cause i would put her 6 ft under!!!! Normally I'm not a fan of capital punishment, but in this case, hand the ***** over to me and let me take care of her myself. It is sad can you image what pain she went through as that women threw her in that bioling hot water.. I would be on death row for the death of whoever harmed my child.. I really feel for the parents of my h 's brother.. You know it is bad to lose a child to an accident or sickness but this is shouldn't have happen .. This women was crazy and had no buisness taking care of no damn body!! She must have been off her rockers to think that was going to stop the child from crying... Couldn't she have just called the mom and dad and let them know they needed to come home . I wonder if this women will actually get what she deserves for brutally murdering this helpless child.. She could have just called the parents if it was too much. It will be a shame if this state doesn't have the death penalty. A baby killer has to be the most hated type of monster imaginable. This isn't on the same scale as LilMoma's story, but last Friday, the Detroit News had a story about two little boys that were left alone over the NY weekend. The mom had died two years ago and I guess the dad just couldn't live without "gettin' some" so he was (obviously) not too choosy when it came to "replacing" his wife. Anyway, this woman (don't know if he married her or not) and he bought each other puppies for X-mas. Well, they had this hair-brained idea to go to Vegas for New Years, so they got someone to look after the dogs. Then they left the nine year-old boy to care for his five year-old, autistic brother for the entire weekend. The "parents" (and I use the term loosely) were caught when a g'ma called and realized that the boys were home alone. The oldest boy said, "I think they love the puppies more than us." Good God, I'd go and get those boys and take care of them without hesitation. I sure wish that the justice system would weigh the cost of housing/feeding people like this to the cost of a .22 slug. You are so right and even heard that the neighbor heard the child crying but didn't think nothing about it!!! I bet that neighbor is wishing she would have came over and maybe just maybe .. Oh well just really makes me sick to my stomach to know that little girl was treated that way.. Shows that there are some mean a@@ people out there and hurt innocent children for no damn reason!! Yep, my kids were watched by their grandparents, but my husband and I had them with us 98% of the time. Other than a funeral, if there was somewhere to go that children weren't allowed (or appropriate), we just didn't go. leave his boys home alone to get a piece of a@@ !! I hear more and more cases like this. I would take care of her myself as well. Keep us updated on what happens! In San Antonio, Texas just a couple of streets away from where we lived. A 13 month old little girl was tossed around by her mom's boyfriend (not biological father). After being thrown up against a headboard quite a few times because she would'nt stop crying, she blacked out and according to bf she fell alseep. Yeah..a deep sleep where you don't wake up. Several hours later when mother came home from work she tried waking her up. She would'nt wake up and she felt cold. The ambulance came but it was too late. They noticed she had a huge bump on the back of her head and her skull was cracked. Can you believe this? Bf said she had fallen and he loves her as if she was his own, he would never harm her. How can a 13 mo. old baby crack her skull by just falling? It's sick and so sad to hear stories like these. I have two children and my youngest one is 2. I could'nt imagine losing them. Makes me sick that these people are killing poor defenseless children ,that just want and need attention ,usually being babysitters and boyfriends that are killing them!!
