I don't think paying for any kind of sexual interaction with a woman is going to do anything for your confidence, be it only fans or a prostitute.

First be realistic though that you are just buying a sexual gratification fantasy. Don't be a fool, there's no emotional connection involved whatsoever. That only comes from real relationships where there's no financial transactions involved.

The title of your thread was "understanding relationships". The only relationship here is a buyer/seller relationship. She is selling sexual content and you are buying, aside from that there is nothing.

How old are you Brad?  Do you have friends and a social life?   Do you have an OK job?   

Thing is, paying a sex worker is not going to improve your confidence.   Confidence comes from being happy with who you are.

You can’t gain confidence from paying for sex. On the contrary, it’s more likely to damage your confidence.

You should stay away from sex workers, you obviously don’t understand how they operate, don’t know how to interact with them properly, and appear to have some anger issues.
