She criticized her subordinates for in-capiblities in their work, using the wrong approach in their work, not working hard enough and working not fast enough...ect. What tactics could be used to deal with her. But one thing is..she is less harsh when she finds her subordinate looks really in need of the job. Please help.... Link to post Share on other sites
