jussomeguySTL Posted January 24, 2006 Share Posted January 24, 2006 Out for three weeks straight now & have only seen lil results.I go about 4 sometimes five times a week and and do 10 minutes of the stair machine on level 7 then i do some pendulim type of thing for about15 to 20 minutes mainting a heart rate between 155 and 17?.I consider that a fair amount of cardio.Ive lost alot of weight since last year & the year prior going from about 250 althe way down to 190 - 200.My low was 189about a month ago & all that weightloss never came from any form of exercise. So now that im excercising (btw i dont just do the cardio & im at the gym for about an hour to maybe an hour 45 mins) ive felt a slight bit of muscle improvement on my armsand uper abbs beut i havent been seein any reduction in my weight or gut and lil or no visual improvements body wise. So what do i need to do to loose the gut? & im guessing the weight maintanance is probably fat to muscle.And should i start going day after day? (i do try to eat right)(Btw information wise im a 25yold male about 5'11 & mid to upper 190's) Link to post Share on other sites
