Interested In Girl

OK, IM sure you get this all the time but I would like some advice to my problem! TIA! Ok, so here it goes!

 

I friend of mine she introduced me to a close friend of hers but FYI the girl I now like has a BF! We all went and hung out and me and her friend has instant attraction. I am a vocalist so I first met her at one of my shows and she loved it then we all go together. She arrived late but came, I was with my friend LIZ and a mutual friend of her and this girl I like (ally) ! We had talked online but not too much at this point. So she gets there and we plan to spend the whole day together all 4 of us. when she arrived she came in and knew I was there and was saying hi to everyone else and sat down next to me. She didn't say anything but seemed nervous to talk to me. SO I broke the Ice and said Hi and how is you day going to some extent. She got this BIG grin on her face and said very good Blah Blah Blah... So we walk around the city all day and stop for some food and sit down talk and order. They were filming this movie and we all noticed it as we were ordering so they went outside and they were asked to be extras and it would a matter of five minutes so of course they agreed. The food came back but It wasn't a formal sit down place so I went up and Paid for everyone's and she came back and yelled at me for paying the bill and give me a Giant hug. Then we were laid back and relaxed and it was a good day. She has been talking to me VERY much on myspace and AIM and we have formed this relationship. She tells me Im adorable all the time and she gives mixed signals if shes interested or not. I as a joke aimed her yesterday and asked her to be my valentine and the she's like OF COURSE and said You know I have a BF right and she said well no sucking each others faces off. we laughed I know I know lame w/e so she took it seriously and was like of course and flirted with me the ENTIRE convo. So were all getting back together Sunday and She is telling me how she is very much looking forward to it.

 

I really like her and she has a boyfriend but continues to flirt with me. I have asked many people and they think I should tell her how I fell! Well, it's easy for them to say. Is it worth telling her now or waiting. She may have an idea I have a thing for her But I don't know and I really want to know!!
