If you can afford a 4000 sq ft home get a housekeeper to go along with it. I remember on a flight someone talking about a friend building a 15,000 sq ft home. My kids are a little older 9 and 13, so they are getting beyond the magnet ages... but one thing is for certain.... in these parts, the divorce rate is over 50%, so just going to school functions with them can yield all sorts of results! My ex wanted all the show, and I will not miss it at all, not the way I was raised or believe life should be....
