Yoga, Pilates and Meditation

I love to exercise it is my life!! I have Winsor Pilates and that kicks butt.. I also have a personal trainer dvd with Denise Austin ,that i do on the weekends to keep it changed up keep the body guessing..It has Pilates,aeorobics ,weight trainer the works .. I got it at walmart and Denise Austin has yoga as well..

How ironic! i was going to do a thread on pilates...i printed some things out and feel a dvd would be much better! haha following the direction for every type of pilatee ahhh

I used to do pilates classes at the gym and I loved it. It's great exercise, it's fun, relaxing and stretches out your muscles. You should give it a try. I'm a loss for the at home version though, that's why I posted. :)

The personal trainer one that i do is a dvd with Denise Austin .. Winsor pilates is another one!

I generally do Pilates at the gym but I wanted to get some Yoga or Pilates dvds for home. Anyone have any recommendations for good ones?

Check out Wei Lana's website (that spelling might be wrong). She has a series of DVD's for yoga. There very good.
