And accept responsibility for her part in the divorce.

Somehow, I don't believe she has done that...

Nothing is ever her fault in her mind. She always blames somebody else.

Your Right SF.. but neither has Woggle ..

I think Wog is further ahead than his X. I can't speak for him but I believe he wouldn't get all dumb and do the *Evil Eye* garbage if he sees her with a new dude.

A true narcissist. Just like my mother. She sure could *stick it in* but could never fathom the possiblity that perhaps she was wrong and manufactured her own issues in her own nutty mind. Never.

Well, then if that is what happens then people shouldn't get involved with another person until they have completely healed from the X.

How can your Dad possibly be happy with his wife if he is still hurting from his walkout? Why did he even marry your Mom if he wasn't over his X?

Well my dear--like I said ppl make stupid decisions. Also, my step-mother threatened suicide if my dad didn't marry her. She was hinting around about jumping off the rail in the mining pit because she was so depressed and using that against my dad as manipulation.

Most people don't like to be alone, also most people tend to feel guilty when someone uses them as the blame or saving of their lifes.. (even though this is not healthy or normal.)

And MY MOM was his 1st wife..... He hasn't healed from hurting her and walking out on her... He says he never will and won't let himself. He choses to live in a world of misery and self distress. I don't think my dad is mentally healthy nor really stable... It is even worse now because he has MS is half paralyzed from it and living in a nursing home cutt off from family and friends with people 20+ yrs older then him...

My dad is a classic case of making stupid decisions out of pride and having to be a macho real man. Also for being so sensitive and taking on others problems and make them your responsiblity....

I don't even think she really wants me back. She just can't stand somebody saying no to her. She was the type that always got what she wanted and she thought she could cheat and do whatever she wanted and I would take her back. She was shocked when she actually suffered consequences for her actions. It was a blow to her ego.

Even more evidence of an arrogant narcissistic personality...

Don't get me wrong, I'm happy for you Woggle and I don't think your ex's reaction is logical or healthy but you gotta admit, running into you with your very attractive fiance and being told about the engagement was probably overwhelming. The part about your post that bugged me was your statement "she has only herself to blame". She may have been primarily at fault and may have hurt you badly but you came out of it ok, actually better since you have your fiance - the statement was unnecessary. I think it showed little compassion for someone you once loved even if she did treat you like crap.

I know this sounds cruel but it is hard to feel sorry for somebody who told people that I raped and beat her during the marriage which was all lies and actually tried to use those lies in court. That is why she got nothing in the divorce. The judge who was a woman didn't believe a word she said. That part was worse than the cheating.

Actually Wog I think she wanted you to think about her and it seems to have worked. This looks like an attempt to feck with your mind.
