morrigan
I'll be going on a trip this weekend. I'm not big on flowers or candy, but my bf gets me Godiva white chocolate liqueur ever V-Day. I've got a pretty good idea of what my present is--two books that I've had a hard time finding--but I have to wait until the weekend to find out. I bought him a couple of cds and ordered a split record from his two favorite bands, so hopefully the thing arrives at his house today or tomorrow!
SuperMonk
Look at all these women who have bought the valentine's day myth! Listen dudes, men... Don't get her anything at most an inexpensive gift or card, if she dumps you because you didn't get her anything, GOOD! Who wants a witch! At least take her out somewhere fun, have dinner like a regular date.
Author witabix
Get her something she can really use like a 12 pack of toilet paper or a nice cheery box of tampons. OMG! Crying my eyes out here laughing. I started a thread about toilet paper usage a while ago. I have done both these things, particularly the tampons/towels thing. Each woman has been shocked that I would go into a shop and buy towels/tampons! I really cannot see the problem. Its not as if I want them is it?
