Mariobros Posted February 8, 2006 Posted February 8, 2006 Hello All im new here... I'm planning on taking this girl out on my birthday to a restaurant this week (Sat). I met her in January while we both were in the hospital. I went to her room for hours and hours everyday watching movies with her and talking with her about various things. So about a week and a half later she left the hospital and I left the day after her. By this time Me and her already exchanged phone numbers. She had to go back in later that week because she had got sick and I went up there to spend 2 days with her while she was in the hospital. So fast forward its been a few weeks and now im taking her out for my birthday and I wanna ask her to be my girlfriend on Saturday before we leave to go out. It was easy to ask her on a date but I'm not sure just saying "Wanna be my girlfriend?" seems adequate. Advice needed ::::-) thanks
Devildog Posted February 8, 2006 Posted February 8, 2006 Well, it depends on your ages. If you are say 16 or so, what is wrong with asking her to be your girlfriend in plain terms like that? If you are in say your early 20s or something, I would wait for a few more dates before you start talking about a more exclusive dating arrangement.

Anway I was just talking to her on the phone and I asked "Do I seem like somebody She would like to date" she say's just as long as you don't whine.(her Ex whined a lot)So do you guys think she's giving me hints that she wants to be my girlfriend? Btw im planning to go spend the weekend with her

My suggestion at this point is if you are going to be spending the weekend together, to just play it cool and see how things feel and play out this weekend.
