if a girl is looking at me and then when they see that i look at them, they look away immediatly like all the time, does that mean she is interested?

not necessarily. Starring is often considered rude in many cultures. Sometimes I'll end up starring at someone even when I'm not looking at them. I'll turn away one they see me though, because eye contact makes me notice - and notice how rude it is.

 

So it doesn't necessarily mean she's interested.

i agree with 7on. I'm gonna go out on a limb here tho and say if she looks away downwards, then maybe. If she looks sideways then no. I think the head shying downwards shows interest. But you never know. Just smile at her and see if you can get her attention

Smile when she looks at you. If she doesnt smile back then she is definatly not interested. BUT, on the other hand, if she smiles back it doesnt necessarly mean she is interested. However, if you catch her always staring at you, chances are she does like you.

I was in class and I would catch my eyes resting on people. In no way was I interested, just where my eyes locked when I was bored or tired. Smiling is the best thing to do. Either way, at least she will know you are nice and open to a conversation. You will make yourself more approachable. Also, sometimes it helps the girl to know you are interested. Then, she may become interested if she knows you like her. BTW-I am female so take it from me, I know how the typical female mind works.

There is a technique involved with the eye contact. If you catch a girl staring at you and she turns away, it's the second glance you need to look for. If she looks at you again, after realizing you noticed her, and gives you a smile than that is what you need to make your move.
