Valentine's Day Dinner: College Dorm Style

Hi!

For Valentine's Day, I really want to do something special for my girlfriend, and I think that making her dinner would be a lot more memorable than taking her out to eat at a restaurant.

Here is my issue: I'm currently living in a single room (no roommates) in the dorms at my school. I have no kitchen, no sink, a small refridgerator (with a broken freezer unit), and a microwave. I typically do not prepare food in my room because of my limited culinary options.

For Valentine's Day dinner, I can easily buy french bread and a mixed salad from Safeway to start things off, and sparkling cider, and then serve her favorite ice cream (kept in my neighbor's freezer) for dessert. It's the entree that I'm having trouble deciding on.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a relatively simple but tasty entree (hopefully something that is plausibly "romantic"; sloppy joes won't cut it this time) that I can prepare the night before and then pass off as fresh once I microwave it (or serve it cold)?

Recipes would be great, but any guidance you have, food or otherwise, would be appreciated.

Thanks!
