Jelly belly aint goin away

I started goin to the gym in december weighin in at 195 200 (btw im bout 511 male)and have been doin so 3 to 5 times aweek.I begin my session with 30 minutes of hard core cardio then about last month i started kickboxing training so now monday threw friday i have about anhour & a half worth of inense workouts everyday.

 

Ive noticed someresults i think (not really sure) but i still weigh over 190 and have my gut as well.

 

I had a trainer there tell me about changing up my diet which he said would really work with the way i workout to get rid of the gut.

 

so if anyone has any suggestions on what i should stay away from & what i should started putting more into my diet id appreciate it.
