I Had A Big Argument With Someone At Work I Really Like?

[I AM SO CONFUSED]

and it was over pretty much nothing IMO......i was annoyed at her and gave her a "stare"....now she thinks i am real nasty to her and being a bully

 

thing is i have a softspot for this girl and really like her and thought over the months since i have got to know her she liked me

 

she acted really childish and weird....like she "hated" me

 

i need advice on what i should do to make up with her! as i really like and care about her and her reaction suggests she is very hurt by what i did!

 

i have been getting so many mixed messages/signals from her recently that i started trying to be a little less friendly creating an awkward tesnsion between us....i suppose it was inevitable that it would lead to an argument eventually

 

my ? is this...should i explain i have feelings for her and really like her....?

 

what is the best way to make up with her?

 

this sounds dumb but its doing my head in! and i am not a teenager LOL

 

I feel so low knowing i've upset someone i care about and who i am sure knows i like

 

so why is he doing this? and what guys and girls do you suggest i can do to put things right!

Just because you're not the age of a teenager, your mentality could be one of a teenager. The only way I can see you can be seen in a better light as a PERSON, is to be more self assured of yourself and more gentleman like.

In my humble opinion you are being immature.....just keep up the antics and lose her for sure.

Follow her lead. Behave to her the same way she behaves to you. If she ignores you for a time then leave her alone. Do not push the issue or she might just shut you out totally. If you were real friends then this should pass.

If not then you have your answer.
