Independant
nano-technology, genetic engineering. Are these three forms of technology likely to radically change our world? For the better or the worse? Do these technologies differ in significant ways from earlier forms of technology? why? why not? To me. in what way was the cavemen obsolete since tools were invented? surely those primitive tools needed hands to use them. also bioengineering has been used for centuries, since farming was invented. The whole process of using seedlings from good quality plants means preferring one gene pool over another. It's just that now we can do it in a more precise manner. Time changes the way we do things. but of course once we started, it's very hard to set a limit on what's morally right or wrong. this remains to be men's greatest task and no artificial intelligent (AI) can ever answer that question for us.
