acidrein_08
I've noticed lately i'm just getting more and more depressed and sometimes I can't even find a reason for it, I can just wake up in the morning and be depressed. I'm really close to my ex (broke up a year ago) and we pretty much are dating, but we aren't b/f, g/f. I care about her a lot and things can go perfect most the times but then theres times when they don't and I just hit the gutter. I want things to be fun & exciting for us all the time, and I hate being depressed, what do I need to do?
kitten chick
Have you been to a doctor and ruled out any medical reason for your depression?
prfrogkisser
Usually depression starts by some chemical inbalance or just upset over something in your life. You might need to change something in your life. Your relationship with your ex seems to not be what you want it to be and this might bring you down. You are being to hard on yourself. Take things day by day. Sometimes things happen that you might not understand but you need to trust your feelings and have faith that you have done all you can. You must learn to keep a good attitude no matter how life might turn out. If you want to live a happy life you have to shake off all self pity and move on with your life. Concentrate on yourself and the things you enjoy doing. I have read two great books who have been awesome in finding light at the end of a dark tunnel. Your best life now by Joel Osteen and The Purpose Driven Life by Rick Warren. Happiness is a state of mind
Shyguy86
It may also be the weather. I find that during these transitional months from winter over to spring and than into summer, there is not much to do and you spend more time indoors. I don't know your lifestyle or where you live but I find that the weather can severly effect my mood!
